Wow, I’ve been with TM now for just over a year, having completed the Building Trades Business Academy. I’m now doing Year 2, Scaling Trades. The sessions are led by Chris Ruggiero, an accomplished businessman himself. He goes into great detail on the efficiencies of running a business. We’ve learned how to manage a sales team and how to scale it, efficient marketing strategies, how correct bookkeeping practices can significantly improve cash flow, and how to determine the health of your business by measuring the monthly figures.
