Your Role
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Joseph Valente’s brand, goals, and audience.
- Manage and maintain accounts across key platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep the content relevant and engaging.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, products, and collaborations.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Work closely with Joseph Valente to capture authentic moments that resonate with his audience.
- Edit and optimise video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Write captivating captions and posts that align with his personal tone and voice.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Foster a positive online community by moderating discussions and addressing queries or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with influencers, brands, and followers to enhance Joseph’s network.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance metrics across platforms, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform strategy and optimise future campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to identify audience preferences and tailor content to meet their interests.
Brand Management:
- Ensure all content and interactions align with Joseph Valente’s personal brand values and image.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep audiences engaged and informed.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to leverage new features and opportunities.
