We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead the development and management of affinity partnerships. This role will play a crucial part in scaling our network and extending the reach of Trade Mastermind’s services through strategic collaborations.
Your Role
Strategic Partnership Development:
○ Identify, evaluate, and secure affinity partnerships with relevant organizations, associations, and businesses that align with Trade Mastermind’s mission.
○ Research potential partners to identify mutual benefits and create compelling value propositions.
Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustained collaboration.
○ Act as the primary point of contact for affinity partners, providing regular updates, support, and engagement.
Partnership Program Implementation:
○ Develop and execute end-to-end processes for setting up and managing affinity partnerships, including agreements, onboarding, and performance tracking.
○ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure successful integration and activation of partnerships.
Revenue Generation & Growth:
○ Drive revenue growth through affinity partnerships by leveraging partner networks to promote Trade Mastermind’s products and services.
○ Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
Brand Alignment:
○ Ensure all partnerships align with Trade Mastermind’s brand values and objectives, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
○ Represent Trade Mastermind at networking events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility.
