At Trade Mastermind, we are on a mission to revolutionise the trade and construction industry by helping business owners scale and grow their companies. Founded by Joseph Valente, we have rapidly become the UK’s leading business coaching platform for construction and trades businesses. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Internal Recruitment team at our Peterborough Head Office.
This is an office-based role with no sales involved, and we are particularly interested in candidates with experience recruiting sales people.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment process from posting job adverts to securing the best candidates.
- Using industry-leading tools to source top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Reporting progress and updates to senior managers throughout the day.
- Working towards and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Using negotiation and problem-solving skills to find solutions in a fast-moving environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Experience in sales / customer service industry or a similar sector is highly desirable.
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the resilience to keep pushing forward.
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A professional and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
