We are seeking a high-performance Funnel Builder with exceptional technical, creative, and strategic skills to design, optimise, and monetise high-performing lead generation funnels. This role is integral to driving leads, maximising revenue, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Proficiency in ClickFunnels, Ontraport, and Zapier is essential, as is an understanding of UX (User Experience) and funnel monetisation techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing funnels that utilise advanced features such as order bumps, one-time offers (OTOs), upsells, and down sells to maximise the value of each lead and reduce acquisition costs. This role demands a results-driven mindset, combining creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Funnel Design and Optimisation:

  • Design and Build Funnels: Create visually appealing, user-friendly lead generation funnels that drive high-quality leads.
  • Monetise Funnel Traffic: Implement features such as order bumps, OTOs, upsells, and down sells to cover lead costs and increase revenue per lead.
  • Strategic Funnel Adjustments: Tailor funnels to campaign objectives, adding friction for qualified leads or removing friction to drive higher lead volumes.
  • UX Expertise: Ensure funnels are optimised for an intuitive and seamless user experience to enhance conversions and monetisation.

Analytics and Optimisation:

  • A/B Testing: Continuously split-test funnels to identify the most effective strategies for improving conversion rates and revenue.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation): Analyse performance metrics and implement data-driven changes to maximise funnel effectiveness.
  • Behavioural Analysis: Use tools such as Hotjar to track user behaviour, identify drop-off points, and make actionable improvements.

Technical and CRM Management:

  • CRM Integration: Leverage Ontraport (or similar systems) to manage leads and ensure seamless workflows with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Workflow Automation: Use Zapier and other tools to integrate platforms and automate processes seamlessly.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the CTO to ensure data accuracy, proper segmentation, and notifications for the sales and marketing teams.

Creative and Copywriting:

  • Creative Asset Development: Design visually appealing funnel pages, graphics, and other creative elements.
  • Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Write persuasive and high-impact copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and funnel sequences.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights on funnel performance to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager to align funnels with campaign goals and the CTO to ensure technical integrations.
