We are looking for a dynamic, fun, charismatic, customer focused person to support in account management.

The job of an Account Manager is to welcome and support all new clients and ensure their customer on boarding and journey with The Trade Mastermind academies is an amazing experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain great customer relations
  • Excellent communication
  • Proactively engage with new accounts to establish new relationships and identify training needs, support and up selling opportunities
  • Support Head of Key Account Management and project manage multiple accounts
  • Provide a bespoke service that meets all client needs and goals that may include research, engagement, solutions, business support, to offer a successful customer journey and fulfilling their needs

Experience:
