As the Finance Director at Trade Mastermind, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to the finance team.ho is looking to take their career to the next level!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage financial, budgeting, cashflow and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and analyse key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and reputation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company’s financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in Xero financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
