Business Executive PA

About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that goes beyond traditional PA duties. you’ll play a crucial role in helping to shape and deliver our company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for key stakeholders, handling communications with confidence and professionalism.
- Take control of meeting actions, ensuring follow-ups and deadlines are met.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Track progress on all agreed actions and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
- Anticipate executive needs and prepare materials ahead of time.
- Take ownership of operational processes to keep the business running smoothly.
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
- Monitor priorities, deadlines, and key deliverables. keeping leadership accountable and informed.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Business Operations Assistant at executive level.
- Exceptional organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Confident communicator- both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal ability.
- Skilled at minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up management.
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Discretion and professionalism – able to handle confidential information with care.
