Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and enhance the existing academy blueprint.
- Develop specialized modules tailored to the unique needs and challenges of tradespeople transitioning into business ownership.
Training Delivery:
- Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
- Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback and support to participants throughout the training program.
Coaching and Mentorship:
- Offer one-on-one coaching and mentorship to program participants to guide them through the implementation of learned strategies and tactics.
- Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.
Public Speaking:
- Represent the Trade Mastermind brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as a keynote speaker or workshop facilitator.
- Deliver compelling presentations that inspire and educate audiences on the principles of successful business ownership for tradespeople.
Performance Evaluation:
- Assess participant progress and performance through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional resources or support as needed.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business management and entrepreneurship.
- Continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities and networking with industry peers.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business management, preferably within the trades industry.
- Strong teaching and training background with experience in curriculum development and delivery.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and inspire audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of empathy, patience, and understanding to support participants through their business journey.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving program requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Construction sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Public speaking: 3 years (preferred)
